For our first competition giveaway we decided to get one of our favourite collections together to give as a prize. Not only that; but to write a review for all those mummies and daddies who love to try new bath time products on their little ones. Mum and Me Sleep tight massage oil:
A wonder before and after bath time for any age. The softening smell of lavender oil awakens your senses as well as your little ones. It helps relax the active muscles and soothes any aching growing pains. Not only that but it feels great on your skin too. Now that’s what I call a bonus!
Mum and Me Emollient Bath wash:
Funnily enough we have had this in our cupboard for a few months, but come winter we ventured out and began our routine of cosy bubble baths! To be honest we were so surprised, having used other natural bubble baths for baby z, we didn’t expect there to be so many bubbles!! But just a dollop of bubble liquid and a shake of your hand in the water and voila…. You’ve created a lavender smelling bubble bath monster… And I’m not talking about your tub!
Mum and Me Emollient Body cream:
A lovely edition to this collection, the thick cream leaves your skin feeling moisturised as well as your little ones. Baby Z has to dip her finger into the tub and rub it all over herself. Not only that but you can’t go wrong on this cream helping dry patchy areas and the soothing lavender stays on your skin for longer.
Okay so this was a new one for me. But seeing it on the shelf I had to buy it to try it out with my range. Honestly I am surprised, especially as I ended up purchasing it at the time Baby Z had a cold. You rub some on your fingers and gently rub it on the baby’s pulse areas. On the first usage, I did follow the instructions, but after that Baby Z ruled the roost. She not only wanted it on the pulse areas but also on her forehead, her chest and the bottom of her feet! This is a small little tub but a wonderful concept. Not only at bedtime, but I have begun using it when she starts to have a bit of a tantrum and oddly it does calm her down (either that or it totally distracts her because she enjoys it so much).
Nuby Bath Time Numbers and Letters:
The last edition to this gift hamper is something fun for the baby at bath time. Other than bubbles, they always enjoy playing with toys. So why not something colourful and educational. We got this for Baby Z when she moved into the big tub at the age of 9 months. As any big tub can be daunting for a little one, we decided it was time to use some colour to keep her occupied. The material is brilliant, the sticking resistance is great as once wet it can stay up through all of bath time and even after. What is lovely about a product like this, is that you can bring in simple education into the bathroom that honestly can be used for years as these little ones are always learning.
